I have gotten three the first two was replaced by Menards . Turn them on High and the Smoked rolled out and the Heaters stopped Working. The Third one i turned it on high for a split second and could tell that it was going to mess up. It seems to do Fine on low i have it in my bedroom where i had replaced the Wall outlet with a New 20amp outlet on a New single line to a 20 amp Breaker Right under a new Fire Alarm.
I can't get the thermostat to automatically turn the heater on and off. I tried following the instructions but still can't get it to work. How do I do this correctly? Is this supposed to work with both the low and high setting?
Very grateful for your informative video. Can you please tell me how it is that I can clean the inside of the heater. I live in a 27 ft RV with three cats and hair gets accumulated in there and you can smell it heating up. I attempted to contact the company I did not get a reply as yet. The way I clean the little vents is I take long cotton sticks and I put rubbing alcohol and I clean the vents that way but if I put a flashlight in there there's a lot of stuff that's in there and I don't have a dust blower which would only just keep it in closed in the unit. I would be very grateful for your help!
If u could help me trouble shoot please, what do I do if I put the thermostat all the way counter clockwise to make the device turn off and it remains on? My room gets way to hot at night, and I'd hope to get it to turn off. Thx!
I purchased two of these 360 heaters at Walmart, at first both seemed to work great, then a few weeks apart they both intermittently stopped working then both totally stopped working. So I googled and YouTubed and wound up here. Then went to there strange sounding site
is the low and high setting supposed to sound different? because mine sounds exactly the same on high or low.
So when I turn my dial to high , I perceive burning wire and then it shuts off by itself after a while .

I brought a Honeywell 360 heater I plugged it up 5 min later it lost power.
My heater literally stopped functioning out of nowhere while plugged in

Why is this heater making a crakling noise? I think my parents bought it around a year ago, it worked fine, but now it makes a weird static like crackling noise and smells like it burning.

I just got this heater and it powers up but no fan or heat comes out. A waste of money.
Complete junk. The thermostat on all of their heaters doesn't work, you'll either freeze or burn up. Mine just kicked off at 81* and it's set to heat my area to 69. I'm done with this fraudulent company.
Damn not even one good comment, got me worried.
This is not a good product. This product is designed to last a few months tops. After that forget it. I've kept my heater clean, never dropped or spilled anything in it. Tried it out today. Light comes on that's it.
