Hi Charles, We just bought a Brother 416A. I also have 2 Brother 415's that run great! The both are 1995's so I am familiar with the machines. The 416A is a bit different, first of all is the bobbin. The machine wasn't running correctly but we thing we got things going but the bobbin isn't catching. My other machines have a curly spring on the bobbin but the 416A doesn't. Can you show how to do the bobbin?

Sorry guys, its been CRAZY, I actually have a Word document that I can send you - just hit me up with the email address. it shows how to use software, what software I use, how to setup the needle, change the needle ETC. Someone just bought my machine from me, and we recorded a video, that will be posted on how to thread it, and do a couple other things. Hope this will help you all

Hi, we have owned this embroidery machine for a few months now, and are not sure how to get a computer to communicate with the machine... we have a disk called BE 100 but it says its for Windows 95, which obviously is outdated. We wiped a computer and put windows xp on it.... Can you offer any insight or help?
